Barbara was an exellent buyer's agent for us. We really wanted to purchase a particular house immediately and she told us exactly what was needed to do it and we had an offer in immediately. I mentioned her name to a couple of people as I was working with her and each already knew her and mentioned her excellent reputation in sales in that area and is also that she is VERY familiar with the mobile home market. She walked us through every step, explaining all and answering any questions we had. She ensure we had any paperwork not only from her end but others who were part of the process.

She really went to bat for us and was very accomodating any time of day or night when we needed her. I highly recommend her for either a buyer or a seller's agent. I would use her again for either type of sale.
